The PROSUB Germany founder and CEO, Martin Sicha, is the innovative force behind the Company. He has a B.E. in electrical engineering from Charles State University in Prag and over 17 years experience in commercial and sport diving industry. The PROSUB Production Manager, George Trpik is responsible for the manufacturing process and quality manegement. He is a commercial diver and certified compressor engineer and has over 36 years experience in the manufacturing of professional diving equipment and high pressure compressors.
